Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is an Canadian comedian and actress who is based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known for her performance on the sitcom Superstore's Dina Fox. Ash is a grad of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. Ash is also part of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was an Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Improviser two times in 2006 and 2007. In 2012, she took home the Best Performance by a Female for Television for Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she took home the award for Best Female Performance in a Feature film for her role in Dirty Singles. She is also a participant in the prank show "Scare Techniques". Lauren runs her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" together with Christy Oxborrow.
